Packaging and Shipping

"We use dual-layer protective packaging to deliver the “Dreamy Diamond Dust Collection” safely: each product is individually placed in a custom dust bag to prevent scratches during transit, then packed into a custom mailer box. The outer box is made of high-strength, pressure-resistant corrugated cardboard, with cushioning paper / bubble wrap inside to ensure shockproof, pressure-resistant, and moisture-proof protection during long-distance shipping. Warm Tips: Due to the nature of squishy materials (high water content and softness), slight compression of the outer box during long-distance shipping is a normal logistics occurrence. If the squishy inside has slight pressure marks, leave it for 24 hours and it will naturally rebound, without affecting normal use or feel. Please rest assured."

Important Purchase Notes

1.【About Feel】: This product is a ""bursting water feel"" with extremely high water content, soft, and almost zero resistance. After pressing, the rebound is slow, and rough squeezing may leave sticky residue (this is a physical property, not a quality issue). Please treat it gently. Do not pull or pick at it with excessive force. Normal pressing and kneading will not damage it.
2.【About Diamond Dust and Pearls】: The diamond dust, pearls, and gold foil on the surface are decorative. After repeated kneading, they may slightly fall off or shift. This is normal and not a quality issue. Please prevent infants and young children from accidentally swallowing them.
3.【About Dust Protection】: TPR/silicone material has a slightly sticky surface and tends to attract dust or hair. If dust gets on it, do not wipe it with alcohol or strong acid/alkaline cleaners. It is recommended to rinse gently with clean water, let it air dry naturally, then apply a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch to restore a dry feel.
