Our squishies use a soft butter texture formula, and the material itself carries a slight static charge. During transportation, the foam surface may attract a very small amount of dust or fibers. This is a physical property of the material, not a quality issue. We have carried out strict cleaning procedures before shipping. If there is still a tiny amount of residue after you receive it, simply wipe it off gently."

Important Purchase Notes

1.Handmade Differences: The paracord is hand-woven, so there may be slight thread ends or glue marks at the finishing points. This is normal for handmade craftsmanship. If slight pressure marks appear during transportation, simply rub them with your hands to restore the shape. This is not a quality issue.

2.Metal Accessories: The quick-release carabiner is made of metal. Please avoid friction with sharp objects to prevent paint chipping.

3.Material Characteristics: This product is made of TPR/silicone material. The surface is slightly sticky and tends to attract dust or hair. This is a physical property, not a quality issue.

4.Avoid Prolonged Sun Exposure: Please do not leave it in high temperatures or direct sunlight for long periods, as the material may melt and deform.

5.Includes delicate paper hang tags, cards, and a transparent dust bag. Paper accessories may have slight creases during transportation. The dust bag is for protection only; slight scratches on it are not a quality issue with the main product and do not affect use.

6.Cleaning & Care:TPR material attracts dust easily. Do not wipe it with alcohol or strong acid/alkaline cleaners. If dust gets on it, rinse with clean water, let it air dry, then apply a small amount of baby powder or cornstarch to restore a dry feel."
